We have a wide range of classes during the week. If you have never taken a group fitness class before, no worries. We all have to start somewhere. Instructors are qualified to show modifications to all people taking classes. For those who have been there for years or those just starting out, you will get a great workout for your own level. Class formats change every 2 months to help maintain good quality progress in your workouts and to prevent plateaus and staleness. (January & February starts off the year with the first 2 months of exciting classes and changes every 2 months on the 1st after that.)
