Class Schedule
We have a wide range of classes during the week.  If you have never taken a group fitness class before, no worries. We all have to start somewhere. Instructors are qualified to show modifications to all people taking classes. For those who have been there for years or those just starting out, you will get a great workout for your own level. Questions? Just ask one of our qualified Instructors or Personal Trainers.

Class formats change every 2 months to help maintain good quality progress in your workouts and to prevent plateaus and staleness. (January & February starts off the year with the first 2 months of exciting classes and changes every 2 months on the 1st after that.
)

(Best Fiends Fitness)
Girls grades 4-6 can come for $20 for 6 weeks of any anything goes class with Pilates, Yoga, Boot Camp, Aerobics and more. Free T-shirt with this class. You do not have to have a friend to join in on the fun, meet some new friends and enjoy a great workout with new exercises.
Boot Camp Beginners or advanced levels, this class will take you to the next level! Using traditional or nonconventional equipment this fun class will give you an entire body workout.
Bottom's Up Reshape, reduce cellulite, and lift those glutes.   Restore youth to your behind, reduce the muffin top, and tighten lower abdomen.
BUFF This class focuses on strength training using a variety of equipment.
Cardio Ball Attacking your cardio with various formats using different exercise balls.
Cardio Blast This advanced, high energy, heart pumping, get your blood cooking class incorporates basic step, kickboxing, with 10-15 minutes of abdominal work.
Cardio Pump Be prepared to sweat with fun heart pumping cardio intermixed with toning and strength training.
CardiYo Running, walking, cycling, steps, etc., any of these types of cardio are up for grabs in this workout. The class will finish with Yoga and stretching.
Chisel Strength training and toning is the focus.
Group Cycling This class provides a cardio workout that utilizes a specially designed stationary bike in a group exercise setting. This class contains a variety of cycling combinations set to music.
Healthy Heart This class is geared for those young at heart. If you have a goal to stay healthy and active, then this is the class for you. This class incorporates stretching, strength training, and cardiovascular workouts.
Kick Boxing Kickboxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics.
Mix 'em Up Every Saturday morning get a unique twist with a different instructor and class format. Check out the board on the inside of the track doors for the complete schedule.
Pilates Core Core strengthening and building long lean muscles, while increasing flexibility and balance. 
Power Ride This class in a mix of cardiovascular exercises using the bike and strength training for a complete full body workout.
Run N Sculpt This is a cardio class for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels.
Total Body Cardio Be prepared to sweat with fun heart pumping cardio intermixed with toning and strength training for the total body.
Yogalaties Experience the benefits of increasing core stability while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles in the body.
Zumba Toning® The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba ® !
* All classes can be modified to teach the beginner up through advanced levels.

Not sure what fitness level you are?

Beginning Fitness Level: Someone who is just starting out and has never taken a class or hasn't taken one in over 1 year. If this is you, take it slow remembering you can always take it up a notch the next class if needed. Let your Instructor know upon arriving in a class that you are new or beginning to take classes again. They will show you modifications to fit your current level. 

Intermediate Fitness Level
: Someone who has been taking classes for under 6 months. Their bodies have adapted to various modalities of exercise and they are realizing their strengths and weaknesses in fitness classes.

Advanced Fitness Level: Those who have taken classes over 6 months. If you need a challenge let your instructor know, they are happy to suggest and show you more advanced levels to keep you going and motivated!
