Certified Personal Trainers
Personal Training at Eldridge Rec & Fitness offers a variety of packages to suit your needs. All Personal Trainers are current in their Nationally Recognized Certifications and offer many styles of training.  Trainers are friendly and experienced and are able to help you find your style of training. All ages are welcomed and encouraged to take part in personal training. Benefits include understanding fitness and overall health with emphasis on nutrition, toning, weight loss, balance, stretching and proper techniques.  Knowing how to train your body properly and to what frequency is the key to keeping healthy and fit. Trainers can push you to your limits with a rip roaring workout or a lower-key toning and cardio set.  Whatever your style, we offer it!

Come in and meet a Personal Trainer for any questions or concerns you may have.  You can come in and sign up at the front desk any time. Trainers are available to train most hours of gym operation.

For a fun experience with accountability and a friend or two, try our very popular Buddy Up Personal Training.  Grab a few friends and sign up to be trained together.  Split the cost of a Buddy Up packages. Please see the front desk for pricing on Buddy Up. (Based off number of participants)




BODY COMPOSITIONS

Basic Body Compositions involve a body fat testing & nutritional assessment for 15 minutes with a Personal Trainer to create exercise/health goals.
$15/members
$25/non-member

Complete Body Compositions involve all of the basic body compositions but with a body fat & muscle comparison testing through Bio Impedance, or alternate fat testing, nutritional assessment with breakdowns of caloric intakes and estimated caloric burning with a suggested exercise goal, measuring if needing about 45 minutes with a Personal Trainer.

NUTRITION COACHING
Nutrition & Wellness Coaching Get the latest info and learn from Nationally Accredited Certified Personal Trainers with Additional Certifications as: Nutrition Coaching Specialist & Nutrition Adviser.  See what it takes to slim down that waist line the correct and safe way.

Sarah Hansel
Sarah was raised in Palm Bay, Florida where she grew up playing many outdoor sports.  Her love for athletics followed her to college where she was a NCAA Cheerleader.  After graduating with a BA in Organizational /Interpersonal Communications she worked in the multimedia and marketing field while coaching sports in high schools for over a decade.  She also became a certified group fitness instructor and followed that with becoming an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist and Adviser.  She is also currently certified in Yoga & Aqua Instruction. She loves to train people using all avenues of health through physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social avenues. 






Shawn Riemers

A decision to make a career change and become a personal fitness trainer is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I enjoy exercising and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work with individuals and help them achieve their goals. As someone who spent over 14 years in the Army, and is currently a firefighter, I know how important exercise and fitness can be. I decided to pursue a career in fitness and received my certification from ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association).

Currently I’m studying to become a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through ISSA, giving me a further ability to help my clients achieve success. As the evolution of exercise fitness continues, I believe it’s important to stay up to date with safe and effective methods for strength and cardio training. Whether my clients’ objectives are to lose weight, gain mass, or just stay in athletic shape, a specific exercise routine is tailored to their needs.
