This is an accountability group dedicated to motivation, education and results. It is designed for those who desire accountability and instruction with their nutrition. Some of us might have the exercise portion down, but just need a little accountability to keep moving forward. Grab some buddies or come solo and connect with others. Each week we will meet and go over a new topic together regarding our overall health including valuable meal planning.
