5 session packages at 30 mins a session
$15/30 minute per session per person
$37.50/each teen for 5 teens
$50/each teen for 3-4 teens
$75/each teen for 1-2 teens
Guys and gals are welcome! Go solo or bring a buddy. Get excellent instruction on weight training, flexibility, balance, good nutrition tips and helps, overall cardiovascular health. Loads of fun and accountability. Get buff, get lean, get strong in these targeted personal training sessions. All sessions taught by Certified Personal Trainers.
Youth Speed & Agility Training
Specific activities related to increasing speed & agility in young athletes.
Grades 4th up through Junior High.
Youth are grouped into age/ability.
30 minute sessions
Must have a minimum of 4 kids per session.
Must pay for 4 sessions up front.
