8 WEEK PROGRAMS
This is the perfect option for any student with a busy schedule or just wanting to progress in the gym. Groups of 3-5 will receive 8 weeks of programmed workouts aimed towards specific goals in a downloadable guide that can be saved forever and reused! The guide includes exercise demonstrations for each exercise, nutrition and fitness tips, and private messaging and check-ins with the personal trainer to help critique form, answer questions, and hold each athlete accountable. There are two in-person sessions included to ensure that each participant is lifting with proper form and can receive individual feedback and training suggestions if needed.
Random workouts = random results! Each program helps you to see the best results possible in the least amount of time!
Youth Speed & Agility Training
Sport specific training designed to increase speed & agility in young athletes.
Grades 4th up through Junior High.
Youth are grouped into age/ability.
30 minute sessions
Must have a minimum of 4 kids per session.
Must pay for 4 sessions up front.
Fitness Center Student Memberships only $25/month - NO CONTRACT and NO Joining Fee
